Bonded edge-to-edge so the entire surface heats evenly — no hot spots in the center the way single-clad pans have. 12-inch cooking surface with a flared rim for clean pouring. Oven-safe to 600°F, induction-compatible, dishwasher-safe (though hand-washing keeps the polish).
