This is the Lodge BOLD 10-inch grill pan — a 10-inch square cast iron pan with raised ridges across the cooking surface that imprint grill marks and let fat drain away from the food. The BOLD line is Lodge’s modern-design cast iron — same foundry construction as the classic line, with a re-thought handle shape and a slightly different cooking profile.
It’s the piece that brings grill-pan cooking indoors year-round — steaks, burgers, bone-in chicken, zucchini, peppers, and pineapple all get the grill-line crust without firing up the outdoor grill. Pre-seasoned at the foundry and oven-safe to any temperature.
Lodge has been making cast iron cookware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee since 1896 — the longest continuously operating cast iron foundry in the United States. Every traditional black cast iron piece in the Lodge lineup is cast, seasoned, and packed at that Tennessee foundry.
