This is the Lodge Combo Cooker — a 3.2-quart deep cast iron pot plus a 10.25-inch cast iron skillet, designed so the skillet fits on the pot as a lid. On its own the deep pot handles small braises, soups, and fryer work; on its own the skillet is the classic 10.25-inch Lodge everyone knows. Together the combo locks into a covered Dutch-oven-style setup for dishes like no-knead bread, pulled pork, and slow-cooked stews.
It’s the 2-in-1 that gets cast iron cooking into a smaller kitchen — one purchase replaces a skillet AND a Dutch oven, without the cabinet space both would need. Pre-seasoned at the foundry with vegetable oil. Both pieces are oven-safe to any temperature and work over a campfire, on induction, or on any home range.
Lodge has been making cast iron cookware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee since 1896 — the longest continuously operating cast iron foundry in the United States. Every traditional black cast iron piece in the Lodge lineup is cast, seasoned, and packed at that Tennessee foundry.
