A long, narrow Classic-series bed in 1/2-inch North American cedar, 10.5 inches deep. The proportions exist for a specific problem: the two-foot strip beside a boundary that is too narrow for a proper bed and too visible to leave rough.
Everything stays in reach from one side, so it can sit flush against a wall or fence. Eight feet gives enough run for a row of beans, a line of salad or a strawberry bed without eating into the lawn.
Greenes Fence has been building cedar garden structures in Ohio since 1947, working with North American timber.
