Chuck it into a standard drill to reach across stud bays, drill through multiple studs in a run, and pull cable through deep cavities. The flexible shank bends around corners and up into wall cavities where a rigid bit can’t reach, and the wire hole in the tip lets you hook and pull cable back through in one motion.
