The Encore power burner is the high-output companion to the Encore grill line. Where a side burner tops out at simmering, this puts enough heat under a crab pot or a fryer to actually get the job done.

Liquid propane configuration, built into the island as a permanent fixture, finished in the same commercial 304 stainless as the rest of the Encore run. Welded seams throughout, and a sealed stainless lid that keeps rain and debris out of the burner ports.
