The Estwing E6-24TM Hammertooth is a 24-ounce long-handle framing hammer with a milled face and the brand’s signature integrated nail-pulling Hammertooth on the back of the head — a side-claw geometry that pulls nails the traditional rip claw struggles with. The Hammertooth lets a carpenter pull nails embedded in narrow joints where the long rip claw can’t get the angle.

Use it as a serious framer’s daily hammer where pull-and-tear work is part of the day, a remodel and demolition hammer where nail-pulling is constant, a sheathing-and-decking hammer that handles both drive and pull work efficiently, and any framing application where the Hammertooth side-claw earns its place. The milled face bites nails to prevent strike slip-off on the drive side.

Estwing has been forging American hammers in Rockford, Illinois since 1923 — over 100 years of US tool making. Estwing’s E-series and B-series hammers are forged from American steel and carry the company’s lifetime warranty.
