The Field Company No.9 Round Cast Iron Griddle is a 10-inch flat-top griddle with no sidewalls — the round flat surface ideal for pancakes, hash browns, sliders, French toast, tortillas, and any cooking where the absence of skillet walls makes flipping easier. The machined-smooth surface releases pancakes and eggs cleanly, and the round shape fits a single burner without the overhang of rectangular griddles.
Use it for stack-of-pancake breakfasts, Saturday-morning French toast, smash-burger sliders (the flat surface is the right geometry for smash technique), street-taco-size tortilla heating, hash browns and home fries, breakfast cookouts on a single burner, and any flat-top cooking where the lack of sidewalls is the right answer.
