This is Fiesta’s Bistro Coupe 3-piece set in Peony — a 10.375-inch dinner plate, 7.5-inch salad plate, and bowl, all in the muted rose-pink glaze called Peony. Bistro Coupe is the rimless shape: a clean curved edge with no ring pattern, which reads as more contemporary than the Classic Rim silhouette and frames the food without competing with it.
It works as a single-person place setting without the mug, a fill-in set when a color needs rounding out, or a softer pink accent mixed into a white or neutral collection. Peony is one of Fiesta’s calmer pinks — it reads more dusty rose than bright pink, so it plays comfortably on a mixed table. Dishwasher, microwave, and oven-safe to 500°F.
Fiesta has been making this dinnerware at its factory in Newell, West Virginia since 1936 — one of the longest-running domestic pottery operations in the country. Every piece is cast, fired, and glazed at that Newell plant, which is why the colors stay consistent from one collection to the next.
