This is the FINEX 3-Quart Cast Iron Dutch Oven, a smaller companion to the brand’s larger pots, cast in the signature eight-sided shape with easy-pour corners and topped by a heavy, moisture-sealing lid. The thick polished iron holds and spreads heat evenly from burner to oven.
Three quarts is a practical size for a weeknight braise, a pot of soup or beans, a small batch of no-knead bread, or side dishes, without the bulk of a full-size Dutch oven. The stainless steel speed-cool spring handles on the pot and lid stay cooler than the iron for easier handling.
FINEX machines and casts its octagonal cookware in Portland, Oregon, building polished cast iron pieces designed as modern heirlooms.
