This set gives you two 12-inch GrillGrate panels, each measuring 12 inches long by 10.5 inches wide. Together they cover a compact grill entirely, or you can lay them over part of a larger grate to create a dedicated sear zone next to your indirect cooking area.
The patented profile does the work: raised rails conduct heat straight into the food for deep sear marks, while the valleys between them collect drippings and turn them into flavorful vapor instead of a grease fire. Nothing small falls through, so shrimp, asparagus and fish fillets stay where you put them.
The panels are hard-coat anodized aluminum, so they conduct heat far better than steel and never rust. GrillGrate manufactures them in Cartersville, Georgia, and they will outlast the grill they are sitting in.
