The Meatcrafter bridges the hunting knife and the kitchen carver — a thin, 6.08-inch trailing-point blade in CPM-154 stainless that’s ground for long, clean slicing strokes through meat. The full-tang build and molded Santoprene handle give it the heft of a field knife with the reach of a carving blade.
It’s at home breaking down a harvest, portioning roasts and briskets at the counter, slicing smoked meats off the cutting board, and handling the trimming work between the field and the table. The included sheath lets it travel from camp to kitchen.
Benchmade designs and manufactures its knives in Oregon City, Oregon, machining and hand-sharpening each blade in-house and backing them with the LifeSharp lifetime service. The brand has built knives in Oregon since 1988.
