This is a Rada slicer in model W207, black resin handles. Every blade is T420 high-carbon stainless, hollow-ground so the edge stays thin behind the bevel rather than wedging through what you are cutting, and the handles are moulded black resin that goes through the dishwasher without hazing.
Carving a roast or slicing a loaf, where blade length lets you finish a cut in one draw instead of sawing.
Rada Mfg. Co. has been making cutlery in Waverly, Iowa since 1948, and grinds and assembles every blade at that plant.
