This is a Rada server in model W233, black resin handles. The working end is stainless steel formed for the job rather than stamped flat, and the handles are moulded black resin that goes through the dishwasher without hazing.
Lifting and plating a slice without letting it fall apart between pan and plate.
Rada Mfg. Co. has been making cutlery in Waverly, Iowa since 1948, and grinds and assembles every blade at that plant.
