This is the Lodge reversible grill/griddle — a 20 x 10.5-inch cast iron slab that spans two burners on the stovetop. One side is smooth and flat for pancakes, eggs, tortillas, and grilled sandwiches; flip it over and the other side has raised ridges that sear steaks, burgers, and vegetables with proper grill marks indoors. Two cooking surfaces in one piece.
It’s the piece that turns a home stovetop into a flat-top griddle or an indoor grill without another appliance — weekend breakfast for a crowd on the flat side, weeknight steaks on the grill side. Pre-seasoned and oven-safe. The heft keeps it stable across both burners without warping or shifting during cooking.
Lodge has been making cast iron cookware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee since 1896 — the longest continuously operating cast iron foundry in the United States. Every traditional black cast iron piece in the Lodge lineup is cast, seasoned, and packed at that Tennessee foundry.
