This is the Rite in the Rain No. OD97 weatherproof clicker pen in olive drab green with black ink. The pressurized all-weather cartridge is manufactured in the USA by Fisher Pen Company and writes at any angle, underwater to 35 feet, and in temperatures from -30F to 250F.
