This is the Lodge Combo Cooker — a 3.2-quart deep cast iron pot with a 10.25-inch skillet that sits on top as the lid. The skillet works on its own for everyday sears and eggs, the deep pot works on its own for smaller braises and frying, and together they make a covered Dutch-oven-style setup sized for no-knead bread, pulled pork, or a small pot roast.
It’s the piece that gets cast iron cooking into a smaller kitchen or a first apartment — one purchase covers skillet AND Dutch oven duty. The Lodge seasoning is vegetable oil only — no PFAS, PFOA, or chemical nonstick coatings anywhere on the pan — just iron and oil bonded at the foundry. Oven-safe to any temperature.
Lodge has been making cast iron cookware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee since 1896 — the longest continuously operating cast iron foundry in the United States. Every traditional black cast iron piece in the Lodge lineup is cast, seasoned, and packed at that Tennessee foundry.
