The Leatherman Super Tool 300 is the heavy-duty industrial-grade multi-tool in the lineup, a 19-tool stainless steel multi-tool with replaceable wire cutters, an electrical crimper, a wood/metal saw blade, four screwdriver tips, and the V-cut wire-stripper grooves on the plier jaws. The handles are wrapped with rounded edges that don’t bite into the palm during long-duration heavy use the way the smaller models can.
Use it as a tradesman’s bag tool for electrical work, mechanics, military service, factory floor work, and any heavy-duty application where the smaller Wave or Rebar would feel like an EDC pocket tool. The crimping section finishes butt connectors and ring terminals without reaching for a separate crimp tool, and the V-cut grooves strip 12-22 AWG wire cleanly.
Leatherman has been making multi-tools in Portland, Oregon since 1983 — Tim Leatherman’s original 1975 prototype is the great-grandfather of every modern multi-tool. Every Leatherman carries the company’s 25-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
