The TDI Hinderer Hell Fire pairs a 3.56-inch 1095 Cro-Van tanto-point blade with the sharply angled handle that defines KA-BAR’s TDI line, here refined in a collaboration with custom maker Rick Hinderer. The full-tang build and textured grip are shaped so the knife indexes fast and stays locked in the hand.
It’s a purpose-built backup and last-line carry knife — riding flat against a belt in its hard sheath for a quick, natural draw, with a tanto tip built for hard-use penetration. The low-profile sheath mounts on a belt or rig.
KA-BAR has manufactured knives in Olean, New York since 1898. The TDI line was developed with John Benner of the Tactical Defense Institute, and every knife is backed by a lifetime warranty.
