The All American 1930 XL Bake Pan is an oversized cast-aluminum pan finished with a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating, built for the big dishes a standard pan cannot hold — a large roast, a full sheet of vegetables, holiday casseroles, or a crowd-size dessert. The thick aluminum spreads heat evenly across its large surface.
The extra size means fewer batches and room to roast a whole meal at once, and the ceramic surface releases food cleanly and wipes down without scrubbing or forever-chemicals. It holds up to repeated high-heat use where thin pans warp.
All American has manufactured its cookware and canning equipment at the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry in Manitowoc, Wisconsin since 1930, known for heavy cast-aluminum builds that last for generations.
