This is the Lodge cast iron wreath pan — a decorative cake and bread pan cast in the shape of a holly-leafed holiday wreath. Pour cake, bread, or monkey bread batter into the pan and it bakes in the wreath shape, ready to flip out and serve at the center of a holiday table. Cast iron holds heat for even baking and produces the crisp outer shell traditional bundt and wreath pans are known for.
It’s the pan that lives in the baking cupboard for holiday cooking — Christmas monkey bread, Thanksgiving bundt cakes, seasonal fruit breads — and turns a standard recipe into a centerpiece. Pre-seasoned at the foundry and oven-safe to any temperature.
Lodge has been making cast iron cookware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee since 1896 — the longest continuously operating cast iron foundry in the United States. Every traditional black cast iron piece in the Lodge lineup is cast, seasoned, and packed at that Tennessee foundry.
