The Performer takes the 22-inch Weber kettle everyone knows and puts it on a proper cart. That means a work surface at grill height, a side rail for tools, and a prep table, which is the difference between cooking comfortably and balancing a plate of raw chicken on the arm of a patio chair.
The kettle itself is standard Weber: 363 square inches of cooking area, porcelain-enameled bowl and lid, hinged cooking grate for adding charcoal, and the One-Touch cleaning system that sweeps ash into the removable catch pan with three turns of a handle.
Two wheels make the whole cart easy to reposition on the patio. Weber builds its charcoal grills in the United States.
