This is the Weber Q 2800N+, a portable liquid-propane grill with a cast-aluminum body and a high-dome lid. The plus burner extends the range: 250°F at the bottom for low-temperature roasting, up to 700°F at the top for searing, on a grill you can put in a car.
The high dome is what makes it more than a hot plate — you can roast a chicken under a closed lid instead of only cooking flat things. It suits camping, a tailgate, or a patio too small for a full cart grill.
Weber’s Q series is among the lines Weber manufactures in the United States, using U.S. and globally sourced components.
