The Q 2800N+ is the top of Weber’s Q line, and this version arrives on its own stand with folding side tables, so you are not hunting for a table to set it on. The 250 to 700 degree range is unusually wide for a two-burner grill: low enough to roast gently, hot enough to put a hard crust on a steak.
The Plus burner is the reason for that top end. It concentrates heat for searing without forcing you to run the whole cooking surface at maximum, so you can sear on one side and hold food at temperature on the other.
The high-dome lid clears a whole chicken or a small roast, and the cast-iron grates are porcelain-enameled so they hold heat and do not rust. Weber’s Q series is manufactured in the United States.
