It ends creaking-press-fit misery on T47 frames and then stays in service for years — the in-house bearings accept fresh grease through King’s injection tool instead of being thrown away, and the King lifetime warranty covers the rest.

Chris King Precision Components has machined bicycle components in Portland, Oregon since 1976, making its own bearings from domestic-mill materials and anodizing parts in-house.
