Fully forged means the tines and shank are formed from a single piece of steel rather than assembled, which is what lets a fork this long take the weight of a joint without flexing at the neck. Total reach is 22 inches, with 9 inches of that being tine.
It is made for commercial broilers and large grills — turning heavy cuts, lifting roasts off a rack, reaching the back of a deep unit. The rosewood handle stays cool enough to hold when the steel end has been over fire.
