The Field Company Mini Cast Iron Skillet is an extra-small 6.75 inch pan sized for a single egg or a one-serving omelet. Field’s machined surface is smooth and noticeably lighter than legacy cast iron, while still developing a deep nonstick season with regular use.
Use it as a dedicated egg pan for daily breakfasts, a single-serving sauté for one, an over-the-fire pan on a camp stove, or a finishing pan for tableside saucing. The smaller diameter heats fast and stores easily in cluttered kitchens.
